All products sold by Australian Computer Traders are second hand and refurbished unless otherwise specified.
Please choose carefully as we reserve the right not to provide refunds or exchanges if you change your mind once you have received the goods. If at our sole discretion, we decide to accept non-faulty goods for a refund, a re-stocking fee of 25% may be charged as well as other non-refundable costs incurred by us (for example Credit Card Handling Fee, Freight Costs and the like).
All our products come with a 6-month return to base warranty unless stated otherwise.
Our warranty covers items, which are not functional due to a specific hardware fault. This applies to all components, fans, parts, LCD panels etc. unless specifically excluded. Consumable parts such as laptop batteries or printer toners are not covered by the warranty. Malfunctions caused by software issues such as viruses and operating system errors are not covered by the warranty.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
