We choose standard delivery mode from Australia Post for all free shipping offering which delivers within 4-5 business days excluding public holidays and weekends.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound or kgs.
We always look after you. Sometimes things do not go as we expected and hence we accept the returns as per strict policy as below.
If we have sent the incorrect stock to what you ordered then you don't have to worry. We will bear the cost of return shipping. All we need is the item(s) unopened and in the same condition as we shipped, within 30 days of delivery. Any tampering of retail packaging found may prevent us from refunding your order.
For any faulty product(s), please contact us immediately. We will perform an assessment on a case basis and will provide the information.
If a customer has ordered the wrong products (human error) then we may arrange a replacement with the correct item. We do not accept returns if it is "change of mind". The items must be unopened and sent back to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. However, the return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
NOTE: We may not accept the return of an order if it is a simple change of mind.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it requires for Kogan to process a refund. Please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
