Delivery policy

Ship within 1 -3 working days of receiving the order and upload the waybill information in time. And our warehouse working hours are 9am-5pm, and will be shipped within this time range daily.

Return Policy

Advwin accept the return application within 30 days, the customer can return the product during this period. If it is a quality problem, we will bear the freight. If the buyer's own reasons, the buyer needs to pay the freight.

Warranty policy

Advwin provide a three-month warranty for all products. If you have any questions within three months, you can contact us.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
