It also enhances the texture and flavour of any cut of meat, poultry and fish while also hastening the marinating and cooking time. It features 20 stainless steel prongs that break down tough meat fibres and connective tissues, and allows rubs and marinade to absorb faster, creating tastier and juicier results. Easy to use, punch the pork skin repeatedly until the skin is covered with tiny holes. For other types of meat try not to punch too hard as you want the needles just to pierce through the skin and not to the other side
