Bakels Gum Paste Fondant 500g Ready to use icing. Specially designed for the easy moulding of flowers and other cake decorating icing with good shape retention.

Knead in hands to desired consistency for frills or moulding shapes; for best results use a nonstick roller and board, roll paper thin prior to cutting. Add Tragacanth gum or CMC for faster drying.

Storage: Below 20C, dry and dark conditions. Best before 12 months from date of manufacture.
