The Zebra DS9308 is a 2D imager Barcode Scanner which is capable of scanning 1D, 2D and Digimarc® barcodes. It comes as a complete kit which includes the Scanner and USB Interface Cable (Shielded). Being a 2D imager scanner, you are able to scan from an LCD Screen such as a mobile phone or tablet.
