"The picture on the web makes the station look more solid than it actually is. It seems fine to do dips and pushups and pull ups, but the leg raises aren't possible due to the orientation of the back rest and arm rests. Those things don't put the body in an ideal position to do leg lifts. Of course this will vary from body type to body type. I like the push up bars as they are a little closer in which makes the exercise harder. Its ok generally. It was easy to put together and everything fit perfectly out of the box. The adjustable height of the pull up bar is a definite bonus as well and it has an easy mechanism to adjust the height very quickly. It feels very robust but if you are very heavy person I wouldn't buy this. Pay attention to the weight specs before buying."
