Once the mattress is decompressed, it cannot be resealed in its original packaging and cannot be recompressed or resold. This means that the item will no longer be in its original condition. By purchasing this item, the buyer agrees that the seller may refuse returns of decompressed mattresses or issue a refund equivalent to 50% of the purchase price, at our discretion. In any case, shipping fees will not be refunded.
3. Buyer agrees that items that have been stained, dyed, or damaged are no longer in their original condition and are not eligible for return. If the item returned to us is found to be stained, dyed, or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the return. In such cases, the item will be made available for pickup by the buyer at the return address.

6. This product is packaged by high tech vacuum rolled packaging technology for easy handling and transport. Mattress will begin expanding in minutes after unpacking and will be usable within 1 day. Please allow the mattress to expand for at least 24 hours before you sleep on it. Mattress may take up to 30 days to fully restore. Due to compressed packaging, the mattress height may be less by around 3 – 4cm after expansion. Please do not place an order if you require an exact 25cm height.
