Care
Always clean knives and keep dry after use. Hand wash gently with mild detergent in warm water. Remember to point knife blade away from you while cleaning. Dry thoroughly with a soft clean cloth. To prevent corrosion, a knife should not remain in water. Dishwashing is not recommended as it will blunt your knives and can cause corrosion. Store in knife block or on magnetic rack to protect cutting edge. Sharpen when needed.
