Member"I use it to help sleep due to asthma and apnoea. It's Great, Works and I'm sleeping better and my breathing has improved. Shown by improved O² Sats I will need to get a special pillowcase. Cames with a reminder cover, but a bit flimsy for Regular washing. The Pillow itself is firm but comfortable, a nice density. Would also be good for reading or watching TV. Recomended"
