"Great air con, only had it a few days so far. I had previous model which was 4 years old. My power bill increased by $700 so I’ll see how the new one goes as Electrician can’t find any other reason. I wouldn’t use Kogan again though. Too hard to contact them. They couldn’t update me why it took 5 days to leave the warehouse."

"Great unit very happy. Cooling my small 2 bed unit nicely. Have not tried the heat but i expect it will be good too. My only gripe is thaat all the water coming out of the system should flow into the one tank for instead of 3 separate. I just have to watch the water coming out that it doesnt overflow until i fit a permanent drainage point where the unit is"
