3099 Jerky is made using premium Australian grass fed beef sourced from local cattle raised on open pastures.
These cattle are naturally raised on grass, producing leaner beef with rich flavour and high protein content.

The beef is freshly sliced, marinated for around 24 hours and slowly air dried to lock in flavour and create the
perfect jerky texture tender, satisfying and packed with protein.
