Member"Have to run the programs which are soft, as the rollers are very hard. The massage patterns aren’t as customisable as I would have liked and you can’t save any changes you make, meaning you have to try and remember your settings every time. We have managed to find one or two programs which we use. But the rest are just a waste of time as they are so painful. The auto program senses where your shoulders are every time but doesn’t actually set itself up for my shoulder height and I have to then manually change it. Given the choice I wouldn’t buy it again."
