"- Ordered Pump. Pump arrived full of liquid, had scratches, and a mucky dirty “something” around bungs and fittings. We complained Kogan offered $100 discount to keep it I explained that we need a pump to pump all our water for us and our kids for everything including bushing our teeth and that this pump could of pumped sewage. So no way was I going to accept a pump that no one knows what it has already pumped through it before we got it. And what they were suggesting was “Absolutely incrediable, highly dangerous and stupid.“ Kogan said “Please see that we do not take part in any unhygienic or unsafe work or business practices.” And yet they just tried to bribe me $100 to take a pump that would supply water to brush our children’s teeth with a pump that could of already had sewage through it. THAT IS MOST CERTAINLY “UNHYGIENIC” Kogan you need to retrain your staff and completely rethink your safety practices from the ground up."
