"Compared to the previous model these new controllers feel like a cheap Chinese knockoff and work about as well too. Wouldn't stay connected to my pc out of the box but after updating the firmware it improved it by 50% (yes it still disconnects) didn't have to Google to far online to see this is a common issue. Even when it is connected there is an intermittent lag or something. Sometimes you have to tap the buttons twice other times you tap once and it's like you've double tapped."
"The right trigger button sticks while fully depressed making it uncomfortable playing some games. I had to return mine directly to Microsoft and I hope they send me one without the same factory issue. I want to believe the respective Microsoft department has already noticed this fault that many customers have had. That way customers can stop wasting valuable time."
