"It works well! What more is there to say, other than that it will pay for itself in time: think of all the baking paper you won't be buying. Just keep it away from sharp metal utensils. Use nothing harsher than a nylon brush when cleaning and it should last for years. I'm also glad I bought a second one - as advised by other reviewers,"
