Satking SK-3500 VAST Satellite TV Meter MPEG4 Comptiable suits VAST and Foxtel

The SatKing SK-3500 is digital satellite meter specially designed for VAST satellite TV. Being MPEG 4 the unit can display a live TV image like the VAST Channel 800 Tuning Channel. The unit has been pre-programmed with the VAST parameters pre-set making the meter very easy to use.If the other meters you find just say digital they are not MPEG4 so they will not last. Simply plug the unit in to the dish and use the signal level bars to align you dish and once the lock light is illuminated you can then scan the VAST channels by simply pressing the “OK” button and actually watch the VAST tuning channel so you are 100% sure everything is aligned correctly and you are on the correct satellite. Then plug the antenna cable into your vast receiver and it will scan the channels in for you. The unit has a built in high power battery so the unit does not need to be connected to the VAST receiver to be used. Unlike many other mid level priced meters on the market this meter you can actually view VAST TV many other mid level cost meters you are actually viewing the Aljazeera channel that is broadcast in the older MPEG2 format and this could end anytime rendering your meter useless. Some other mid priced meters actually can’t display a picture at all. This meter is MPEG 4 so it is fully compliant with VASTso it is future proofed. Special Note: All VAST services are MPEG4, there are no VAST MPEG2 services. If you have Foxtel and think this meter sounds perfect for you well it is, simply select TP 7 in the satellite find menu and the unit will scan in a Foxtel FTA channel so you can use the meter the same as you do for VAST.
