This low-powered DC converter is useful for many applications, for example, where you need 4.5V for a portable radio but only have a 9 volt transformer. It could also be used to improve the portable potential of a project during prototyping, such as using a 12V battery for an LED strip that is controlled with a 5V Arduino. Just select the appropriate regulated voltage from between 3 and 15VDC. Output current capability is around 1.5 Amps. All in all, quite a handy little module!
