"I've been a loyal Ovela customer for years, and I've always appreciated the brand's commitment to quality and reliability. My previous Ovela product served me well for three years, so when it was time to upgrade, I eagerly purchased the new model. I must commend Ovela for their consistent performance and customer satisfaction. However, I found myself quite sad to discover that the remote design had changed. My older model featured a preset heat-up function that gradually decreased the temperature throughout the night, ensuring a comfortable sleeping experience. This feature was incredibly beneficial, especially during colder nights. While the new remote is sleek and modern, I believe retaining some of the functionalities from the previous design would elevate the user experience. It would be wonderful if Ovela could consider reintroducing the gradual heat-down feature in future designs, catering to those of us who prefer that ultimate comfort while we sleep."
