Member"The item is high quality and the assembly is simple. I bought this to use one arm for my 32" screen, and the other with the laptop stand. The monitor side is fine. It works perfectly well, as the load on it is constant. The problem with the laptop side is that the arm is adjusted by a tension mechanism for the weight of the item on the arm... As my laptop is not always on the stand, every time I take the laptop away, the arm kicks back up to the top position. While it's not the biggest problem in the world as it comes down to the right position when I place the laptop back on, I do find that it would have been better if the arm could have been fixed to a height rather than this."
