"For the price, this Kogan 40” Smart TV is honestly punching above its weight. The picture is crisp, colours are vibrant, and all the apps are ready to go—no messing around, just straight into Netflix like a champion. Google Assistant works smoothly too, which makes me feel slightly more powerful than I actually am. Only downside? The sound. It’s got a bit of a “tin can at a family BBQ” vibe going on. Not terrible, just… enthusiastic in the treble department. But pair it with a soundbar and suddenly you’ve got yourself a budget home cinema that thinks it’s fancy. Overall, great value……just don’t expect cinema-quality audio straight out of the box unless you enjoy your explosions sounding politely metallic."
