"This washes better than the older Samsung 8.5kg top loader it replaces. Good size for towels and sheets. Reviews said the spin was too damp, but it comes out about the same as the much higher speed Samsung without the extra noise. Early days but about a dozen washes with no problems and good results, so we are nappy with the purchase. If it lasts half as long as a 'premium' brand we only paid half the cost, so not a big risk, we hope."

Member"We have a 9kg Samsung, and this is 12kg. By using just eye sight, it looks considerably smaller drum. No way this does 12kg load. Its plastic lid and loudness make it cheap and nasty, even though it carries a premium price tag."
