Activated carbon captures volatile organic compounds (VOCs ), while the TRU-BEAM UV-C light inactivates viruses and bacteria trapped on the True HEPA filter. Results from independent third-party testing using aerosolised airborne concentration of human coronavirus 229E over a two-hour period in a sealed 30m3 test chamber. Each air purifier comes with filters specially designed to last at least 1 year, operating 12 hours per day, under typical operating conditions, and a UV-C light designed to last for the life of the air purifier. Know Your Air Quality
Know your air quality with enhanced SensorPod and the air quality display. SensorPod measures particulate matter (PM1.0, PM2.5, PM10) and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in the air, communicating real-time readings back to the air purifier. The air quality display on the front of the air purifier reflects the readings from SensorPod with a colour-coded ring and air quality number, with details on particulate matter (PM) and VOCs.
