The Everlast Elite Cardio Boxing Gloves are designed for speed-style training and target control. They feature a full wrist wrap strap for a secure fit and an open thumb design for proper fist positioning. These gloves offer a dual-layer foam combination for a balance of lightweight and protection, and are suitable for use on heavy bags and mitt work. However, they are not recommended for sparring. The gloves also have an integrated grip bar to help prevent injuries during training, and a full mesh palm for temperature control and breathability.
