Maintain content without compromise
Power Conscious Usage
Experience power-conscious performance with Samsung Colour E-Paper without compromising reliability. A smart choice for power-conscious environments.

* Activities related to content refresh, content changes, or device monitoring and control will require additional power.
* Content refresh is essential and automatically performed when the power cable or battery is connected.
Based on Samsung internal lab conditions with pre-release version of given model. Battery lasted up to 80 days in deep sleep mode and 70 days in sleep mode when content was updated once per day with the auto refresh function applying every third cycle of content changes. Actual battery life varies by features used, number of content changes, and many other factors.
Screen flickering during the refresh or image change is normal due to the characteristics of EPD technology.

With Samsung’s display technology expertise, the EMDX-A series leverages advanced colour imaging algorithm to analyse optimised content for paperlike visibility. Its reduced contour, smooth gradation, and enhanced colours can replace standard printouts like posters and point-of-purchase displays.
