The Insta360 Quick Reader for Insta360 Ace / Insta360 Ace Pro / Insta360 Ace Pro2 cameras allows for simple, rapid file transfer. Attach directly to the camera for a sturdy connection and easy assembly/disassembly. It provides fast, stable, efficient file transfer and management. You can get dramatically faster reads of your footage for smoother editing on mobile.

Connect the Quick Reader straight to your smartphone. You won't need Wi-Fi, other devices, or even the camera (the memory card can be taken out of the camera and inserted directly into the quick reader), saving both power and time.

Easily utilised as an external storage device when connected, the reader prioritises its storage first, saving vital space on your camera. Plug and Play.

The Quick Reader can be used in one of 3 ways:

Attach directly to the camera for a sturdy connection and easy assembly/disassembly. 

1) Remove the camera's USB cover.

2) Insert the Quick Reader into the USB Type-C Port. WARNING: The camera is NOT waterproof while using this accessory.

3) Open the silicone cover and insert a MicroSD card (NOT included) into the memory card slot.

3) Files on the MicroSD card or the camera can be accessed on the Insta360 App after connecting a phone.

Connect directly to your smartphone/device - reduces MicroSD card transfer times for faster editing and file management.

1) The memory card (NOT included) is inserted into the memory card slot (under the silicone cover).

2) Plug directly into your smartphone/tablet/Notebook - The USB-C connector can be rotated 90 degrees if required, or for Apple devices (iPhone or iPad) using the Lightning plug (under the silicone cover).

3) Transfer files using the file transfer system of your device OR the Insta360 App for smartphones.

Connect to the camera and utilise it as an External Storage device

1) Remove the camera's USB cover.

2) Insert the Quick Reader into the USB Type-C Port. WARNING: The camera is NOT waterproof while using this accessory.

3) Open the silicone cover and insert a MicroSD card (NOT included) into the memory card slot.

4) When a prompt appears, select Quick Reader mode. Videos and Photos will be saved directly to the memory card (NOT included) in the Quick Reader. The Quick Reader prioritises its storage first, saving vital space on your camera.
