SVR’s SEBIACLEAR Micro-Peel utilises a combination of two different acids to exfoliate the skin: lactobionic acid and salicylic acid. Lactobionic acid is part of the poly-hydroxy acid (PHA) family. This next-generation class of exfoliant offers superior results, but, its larger molecular size does not penetrate as deep into the skin, meaning it has a much higher tolerance for sensitive skins. On the other hand, salicylic acid can penetrate the pore to regulate oil production and reduce congestion thanks to its anti-bacterial effect. SVR further boosts this formula with niacinamide to strengthen skin and regulate oil production and zinc to purify skin and minimise oil production. As a result, SVR SEBIACLEAR Micro-Peel leaves skin cleansed and purified without drying it out, with tightened pores and a smoother texture.
