A Single Vineyard Margaret River Chardonnay is a benchmark expression of this world-class wine region, showcasing complexity, elegance, and depth.
Tasting Notes:
A beautifully layered Chardonnay with aromas of white peach, nectarine, and citrus zest, complemented by hints of toasted almond and vanilla. The palate is rich yet refined, featuring a creamy texture balanced by crisp acidity. Notes of ripe stone fruit, lemon curd, and subtle oak integration lead to a long, lingering finish with flinty minerality.
Winemaking:
Sourced from premium vineyards, this Chardonnay is hand-harvested and whole-bunch pressed to preserve purity of fruit. Fermented and matured in French oak barrels (a portion new) for added texture and complexity, with regular lees stirring to enhance richness.
