With the patented Swedish designed <strong>NÜOBELL™ </strong>you can have a dumbbell made with steel weight plates thats far tougher than a ‘selector dial’ style dumbbell, able to adjust right up to 20kg with 2kg increments!</p> <p>So how do they work? With the dumbbells in their trays, simply rotate the handle forward or back, to increase or decrease the weight in 2kg steps. Select a weight from 2kg to 20kg with just a few clicks!
