How To Use

1. Avoid eating, smoking, or exercising for at least 30 minutes before taking a measurement.
2. Sit in a relaxed position for 5 minutes before measuring.
3. Place the cuff on your left upper arm, ensuring it is snug but not too tight. The artery mark on the cuff should be positioned over your brachial artery.
4. Rest your arm on a table so the cuff is at the same level as your heart.
5. Press the ON/OFF button to begin the measurement.
6. Remain still and do not talk until the measurement is complete.
7. The device will display your systolic and diastolic blood pressure, as well as your pulse rate.
