How To Use
To use as a thickener, first mix arrowroot starch with a small amount of cool liquid to create a slurry, then whisk into your hot liquid.
Use as a substitute for cornstarch: 1 tablespoon of arrowroot starch for every 2 1/2 teaspoons of cornstarch.
Use as a substitute for flour: 1 teaspoon of arrowroot starch for every 1 tablespoon of all – purpose flour.
