How to Use

Adults:
Chew 1 tablet once daily. Do not swallow whole.

Ingredients

Each chewable tablet contains:

• UC – II® Chicken sternum cartilage powder 40 mg
  – equiv. to total collagen 10 mg

• Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 50 mg

• Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 10 micrograms (400 IU)
