How To Use

1. Ensure you are in a relaxed, seated position.

2. Wrap the cuff snugly around your bare upper arm, approximately 2 – 3 cm above the elbow.

3. Press the START/STOP button to begin the measurement.

4. The cuff will automatically inflate and then deflate as it takes the reading.

5. Remain still and do not talk during the measurement process.

6. Your blood pressure and pulse rate will be displayed on the screen.
