• Black Dog's Step-In style harness simply called the Dog Harness.
• An ideal harness for general use - comfortable and incredibly strong.
• The step-in style, with a single buckle at the dog's back, makes the harness extremely easy to fit and remove.

When a lead is clipped through the 2 D Rings (either side of the buckle), the harness becomes very strong as all pressure is diverted either side of the buckle and around the harness straps.

The Dog Harness can be used in a car, combined with the Car Strap (Car Straps are sold separately). 

The Dog Harness makes an ideal way to keep your dog simply restrained to one section of the car and to limit its movement, limiting it from it becoming a driver distraction and keeping your dog secure while driving, or in emergency breaking situations.

This harness may not withstand the extreme forces generated in a serious car crash - it is not intended as a crash tested dog safety belt, it is not akin to a human safety belt in a car crash.

• The "Step-In" style harness is extremely easy to fit, fully adjustable, comfortable, and strong.
• Can be used for walking - particularly useful for dogs with neck, or throat issues.
• Can be used in a car to restrict a dog moving around and becoming a distraction to the driver.

When combined with Black Dog's Car Strap (sold separately), the Dog Harness will hold a dog steady even under emergency braking from a high speed, but it is NOT INTENDED as a dog's "safety belt", as most harnesses will fail under the extreme forces generated in a car crash.

The Harness clips together with just one small buckle, yet is extremely secure when clipped to a Lead for walking, or in a car with the Car Strap.
