Grown at an altitude of 1750 meters, the Caturra, Bourbon, and Gesha varieties from Odar Velazco’s Organic and Fair Trade-certified farm undergo meticulous processing. With a 30-hour wet fermentation followed by 12 days of patio drying, the coffee’s complexity is fully developed, resulting in a brew that’s both flavourful and ethically sourced.
