Terms and Conditions for Shop with Points at Kogan.com

You agree that in order to use your Reward Points toward eligible purchases at Kogan.com:

You must be the Primary Cardholder of an eligible card that can be used to earn Reward Points in a Participating Rewards Program (“Eligible Rewards Card”). The Participating Rewards Programs are Kogan Money Credit Cards.
You must register your Eligible Rewards Card for Shop with Points. You can only register one Eligible Rewards Card to a kogan.com account at any point in time. An Additional Cardholder is not eligible to register for Shop with Points.
You can register for Shop with Points via the Card Rewards page in your Kogan.com account . Any information submitted via Kogan.com is held in accordance with the Kogan Australia Pty Ltd (“Kogan”) Privacy Policy. After you are registered, Kogan will be able to display available Rewards Points balances on eligible product pages and offer Shop with Points as a payment option.
You may de-register your Eligible Rewards Card at any time via the Card Rewards page in your Kogan.com account.

When you Shop with Points at Kogan.com, in addition to the foregoing, you also agree to the following terms and conditions:

To successfully redeem Rewards Points, your Eligible Rewards Card account must not be closed, cancelled or suspended and you must have enough points to redeem. A minimum Rewards Points redemption applies.
When you redeem Rewards Points for a purchase using Shop with Points, Rewards Points will automatically be deducted from your Participating Rewards Program points balance.
There is no fee to redeem your Rewards Points at Kogan.com.
Purchases made with Rewards Points are subject to Kogan.com return policy, which can be found here.
If further redemption requirements apply, they will be disclosed to you at the time of redemption
Certain items at Kogan.com may not be available to be purchased using Rewards Points and these items may change at any time.
Kogan.com's terms and conditions apply to purchases using Rewards Points at Kogan.com and are available here.
If you use a Rewards Points redemption as a partial payment method the outstanding purchase price will be charged to your chosen payment option via Kogan.com.
No chargeback rights apply for Rewards Points redemptions. For any redemptions that involve using Rewards Points as a partial payment method, chargeback rights may remain for the outstanding purchase price paid using your chosen alternative payment option.
These Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with the terms and conditions of your Participating Rewards Program.
You do not earn Rewards Points on purchases made on Kogan.com with your Rewards Points.
