Warranty

If you are a "consumer" within the meaning of the Australian Consumer Law, the following notice applies to you: Our goods come with warranties and guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Under the ACL, your rights commence from the date you purchase the Product and continue for a ‘reasonable period’ from that date. What is a ‘reasonable period’ will depend upon all of the relevant circumstances including the price of the product, the uses to which it has been put and the nature of the Product Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your product or have any issue with your order we are here to help. You can return your item within 30 days from the day you receive it To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused in the same condition you receive it. Your item must be original retail packaging. Upon contacting us we will issue an R.A. (return authorization). A copy of the R.A. will be sent to you (via email). This contains instructions on how and where to ship the goods. Please ensure your goods are sent with a copy of the R.A. form (or at least the R.A. number). This ensures prompt service processing. Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you about the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If you return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of method. You are responsible for the paying the cost for return shipping of your item. Shipping cost is not refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
