For best results with fondant, lightly coat the mould using Sno Creme Vegetable Shortening before pressing in your paste. This helps prevent sticking and ensures clean edges when removing. Allow decorations to firm slightly before unmoulding.

For chocolate, pour melted chocolate into each cavity, tap gently to remove air bubbles and chill until set before releasing.

Wash in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly before storing.
