Making a Freight Protection Claim

  1. If your item arrives damaged and you have purchased freight protection, please Contact Customer Care via your account dashboard. You will need to select "Something I Ordered', choose the relevant product and then select "My product arrived damaged'.


  2. Fill in all the required details. Photographic evidence of the damage must be submitted to Customer Care via your account dashboard within 3 days of receipt of the Product otherwise we may deny your claim (subject to any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act).


  3. We will get back to you promptly with the next steps and resolve your case as a priority.
