Return Policies

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, Zulfees will offer a refund or replacement at no extra cost.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide:

- A brief description of the issue

- Clear photos showing the damage or fault

We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or incorrect use.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns provided that:

- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

- The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

For change of mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Return Shipping

For all returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is returned safely.

Important Note: Some products may not be eligible for change of mind returns due to hygiene or safety reasons e.g. silk pillowcase and bonnet, unless the item is faulty.

Shipping Information

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day. Ships from our NZ warehouse.

Delivery times (after dispatch) are typically:

1–2 business days for North Island

1–3 business days for South Island

Please ensure your delivery address is correct, as we are not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect address details.

Warranty Policy

- All products sold by Zulfees are covered by New Zealand consumer law.

- Where applicable, products may also include a manufacturer’s warranty, which covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

What’s Not Covered

Warranty does not cover:

- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling

- Normal wear and tear

Warranty Claims

If you believe your product is faulty and covered under warranty, please contact us with:

- Your order details

- A brief description of the issue

- Photos or videos showing the fault

We will assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
