Return Policies

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, in resellable condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please contact us first to request return approval. If approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a product fault. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

This returns policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.


Incorrect Item Received

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please email us with a clear photo of the item received. Once confirmed, we will provide a prepaid return label. For large items, we will arrange courier collection at our cost. The correct item will be dispatched once the returned product has been received or as otherwise arranged. Item Damaged on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos of the damage and packaging.

Please retain the item and all packaging materials. We may arrange courier collection for inspection. Once confirmed, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Faulty or Not Working on Arrival

All products are checked before dispatch to ensure they are in working order.

If your item arrives faulty, please contact us with details and supporting photos or videos where possible. We may request the item be returned for inspection. If a fault is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the item in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If no fault is found upon inspection, the item may be returned to you and return shipping costs may not be reimbursed. Change of Mind

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel it for a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item. The product must be unused, in original condition, with all accessories and packaging included. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds exclude original shipping and any service-related charges. This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Parcel Not Received

Please first check your tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email and contact the courier directly. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe and the courier is unable to assist, please contact us. We will lodge an investigation on your behalf. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Shipping & Warranty

Warranty periods vary by product and are stated in the relevant product description where applicable.

If no specific warranty period is mentioned, we provide a 3-month voluntary warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

This voluntary warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear. It also does not cover consumable components unless defective.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
