Return Policies

All products have a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

Thank you for shopping with Securitylab. We strive to provide you with the best products and services. In adherence to the rules of Google Merchant Center, we have developed the following return policy to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience for our valued customers.

Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery for most products. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us via the Order History in your Account Dashboard. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, if applicable. Pack the item securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative to prevent damage during transit. Clearly label the package with the RMA number and return address provided by our customer support team.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise specified by our customer support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your return.

Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the product is approved for a refund, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the availability and your preference.

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible after placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process mentioned above.

Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse to accept the delivery of an order without prior authorization from our customer support team, a restocking fee may apply, and the shipping costs will not be refunded.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
