Veloreowill happily assist customers who wish to return or exchange goods purchased. Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ).
If you have purchased the wrong product or dislike the product upon receiving it, we are pleased to offer exchange or refund. However, the product must be in a reasonable condition.
We will accept product returns and provide you with a replacement, refund or repair where:
The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or The product does not match its sample or description.
We offer free returns for 30 days from date of delivery/receiving of order. However, not all items are eligible. To be eligible for a return:
Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the delivery/receiving of order. Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition.
You will be asked to put your photography skills to the test and provide a photo of your item prior to sending it back to us so we can assess the condition.
Return postage will be on Seller.
Once you have made an order, the team will start the process of shipping your product from our warehouse. Your Veloreo order will then gently be sent via Australia Post, and then it should be safely in your patiently waiting hands. Although we require a signature on delivery, due to current COVID-19 limitations this is at the discretion of the Australia Post’s delivery driver and they may leave your package in a safe place, or take it to your nearest post office if you are not home.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
