Store Information

Established in 2005, we grew from a casual trademe seller to a dedicated online furniture store. We started from selling only beds to all sorts of furniture. In 2017, our Hamilton showroom and a pick up site was open. We are dedicated to bring high value-for-money furniture to our customers. We have a compact team of 5 employees working hard to deliver you the most efficient service.

Return Policy

Change of mind after pick up or dispatch?

Refund can be provided under the conditions listed below

  • The item/s must be in an unused, unopened manner and suitable for resale
  • It can only be applied within 7 days of receiving the goods or picking up.
  • Goods need to be returned to Sue-e Furniture in Panmure at buyers' cost, Sue-e furniture will not be responsible for any loss or damage occurred during the transit of the items.

Refund can only be issued after the goods are received into the warehouse.

Faulty / damaged item?

If you receive a faulty or damaged item via transport, we can offer exchange of product free of charge. If the goods are picked up, you will need to come to the shop and exchange it. If the goods are delivered to your place, goods will be exchanged at our cost. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

What happens if you received an incorrect item/s?

Please contact us via the Order History in your Account dashboard to report this issue within the 7 days upon receiving the goods. If the goods were picked up, you can come over to our shop and exchange it. If goods are delivered, we will exchange the goods at our cost.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
