RETURNS/REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return (the product must be in reselling condition and the shipping cost is not refundable).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, you will be notified if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

WARRANTY POLICY

• All products come with a 30-day Return to Base warranty. Please check the listing carefully for the correct warranty period. We will replace your item if it is found to be Dead On Arrival (DOA).

• The Buyer must check their item immediately and report any damages or faults to the seller within 48hrs of having received their item.

• We reserve the right to refuse any claims that are made after this time frame. The buyer has the responsibility and expense of sending back the faulty item. The return postage must be paid entirely by the Buyer. We will repair the item where possible or send a replacement. Refunds will only be offered where a replacement is not available.

• All warranty claims must be made by the original buyer of the item. The warranty is not transferable beyond the original buyer.   

• Delivery docket, and buyer details will be required as proof of purchase. Warranty valid in New Zealand only.       

Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Normal wear & tear.
• Damage from using goods for a purpose for which they were not designed.
• Damage from neglect or careless storage.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
