Shipping Information

Australia Deliveries

Our main carrier for Australian Deliveries is Australia Post. If tracking information is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information  


New Zealand Deliveries 

We ship your order from our Melbourne office, once your parcel crosses the ditch, it is handed to New Zealand Post. Tracking information will be provided by email once your order ships and will be trackable at NZ Post. ScreenShield will cover any Import Duties & Taxes if applicable. There are no additional RD Charges. We offer a range of options for NZ delivery: Parcel Post Tracked, $5.50 - 6 - 10 Bus Days

Returns Policy

For Defective & Damaged Products

If your product is incorrect, does not fit, is damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, we accept returns by mail. Here’s how you can return a defective product:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via your account dashboard to initiate the return process.

Return Label: Our customer services team will provide a return label.

Return Shipping Costs: ScreenShield will cover the return shipping costs for defective products.

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the product.

Condition of Products: We do not accept returns of used products.

Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee for defective products.

Re-Shipping Process: Once we receive and verify the returned defective product, we will re-ship a replacement to you before issuing a refund.

Refund Process: Refunds are processed using the original payment method and may take up to 7 days to reflect on your bank or card statement once we receive the return.

Shipping Costs: We refund the original shipping cost.

For Customer Remorse

If you purchased the wrong product or you no longer want the item, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis, if you purchased the wrong model we’re happy to ship you the correct item, with the following conditions:

Return Label: Our customer services team will provide a return label.

Return Shipping Costs: ScreenShield will charge a flat rate of $8.00 – to cover return and replacement shipping.

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the product.

Condition of Products: We do not accept returns of used products.

Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee.

Shipping Costs: We do not refund the original shipping cost.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
