Return Policies

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on our products*. We are confident that you'll love our products and if not, you can return them within 7 days of the date on which you have received the product for a full refund (minus all shipping costs).

*Sale items (including bundle deals), mystery boxes, blind items, and any other product which has a chance to be one of two or more options (including chase chance Pop! Vinyl) are excluded from our 7-day return policy.

If the received product/s have any manufacturer defects, we will offer either a replacement, refund, or store credit. Any damage caused by improper use or incorrect care of a product is the sole responsibility of the user. Normal wear and tear are not considered as an acceptable cause for a return.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Prolectables requires all item returns to be approved and authorised by us before the arrangement of the return.

For all 7-day money-back guarantee returns, the goods must be returned in their original packaging materials, cartons and boxes unless specifically advised. They must also be complete with all parts and accessories, in a resealable and brand new condition, and in their original layout. We reserve the right to reject any returned items which do not meet our return requirements.

For returns of faulty items, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the goods are adequately packaged in order to ensure that they are not damaged during the return transit.

Unless goods are returned due to an incorrect description, or if they are faulty or defective on arrival, or damaged in transit (within 7 days of delivery), goods must be returned at the buyer's expense using registered post.

All returned parcels must be sent via registered track and trace post as we cannot be responsible for items which are lost or damaged in the mail on the way back to us.

Shipping & Warranty Policies

We ship nationwide within New Zealand. We value your business and as such want to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition and in a timely manner.

BACKORDERS AND PRE-ORDERS

If all or part of your order is currently not in stock we will give you an expected shipping date for the item/s.

You will have the option to either:

(a) Ship entire order once all items are available; or

(b) Ship in-stock items separate to any pre-order/backorder items, for which you will be responsible for covering all shipping costs.

DELIVERY TIMES

We use third-party courier companies within New Zealand to deliver our products to you. Delivery time frames can range between 1-5 working days for most city areas, with rural areas sometimes taking up to 10 working days.

TRACKING

All shipments will be tracked. After orders are processed and shipped, you will be supplied with tracking details via email. Once the order has shipped, please contact the courier company directly for any inquiries about the status of your package. We have no control over the outcome or delivery speed of the third-party couriers we use but are happy to assist in contacting the courier company if needed.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

If your order has not yet shipped, you may contact us directly to request a change of address. Please note that any request can not be guaranteed to be completed before shipment. We are unable to redirect shipped packages. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to coordinate any redirects with the courier company.

DELAYS & MISSING PACKAGES

Shipping delays are out of our control, and Prolectables is not responsible for the delay occurred by any NZ courier companies we use.

Once the package is delivered we have no control over what happens to the package. Replacements and refunds for missing packages scanned as "delivered" will not be given.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

NON-REFUNDABLE SHIPPING

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees cover the services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded if an item is returned for any reason.

RURAL DELIVERIES

In the case that an order is made to a rural address we may contact you via email to discuss shipping options. In some cases a surcharge may be required to be paid before the order can be processed. This charge is to cover the fees charged by the third-party courier company delivering the package.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
