We aim to have parcels sent out within 2-3 days of receiving the order, but we ask our customers to allow up to 14 days for delivery due to shipping service providers suffering delays that are out of our control.
A signature is required to accept our deliveries and it is your responsibility to ensure that you can accept the delivery upon arrival.
Please note that a re-delivery fee will need to be charged if an incorrect address is given. Please ensure that the delivery address that you provide is correct before completing your order.
The onus is on you to inform us if the order has not arrived, we will then investigate on your behalf with the courier to locate your parcel. Investigations take between 3-5 days to receive an outcome.
Items can be returned within 30 days of your parcel being shipped to you. All products returned must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please note, you are required to cover the costs of returning the goods to us for any change of mind returns.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
