Returns & Warranty

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For change of mind returns, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

All products are backed by our 12 months warranty. 

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
