Return Policy
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a straightforward returns policy.
14-Day Returns: If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Products must be in original, unused condition with packaging (no address labels on packaging). We will charge 10% re-stocking fee in "Change of Mind" return cases.
Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
For Defective or Damaged Items: Buyer must share photographic or video evidence to support their claim before we can assess the situation and offer applicable solutions in compliance with NZ trading laws.
Return Process:
Contact Us: For all returns, please email us via the Order History in your Account dashboard with your order number and details.
Return Shipping: Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is returned and inspected.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Returns outside of the 14-day period may require a warranty claim.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
